libzita-resampler-dev software package provides Development files (headers) for libzita-resampler library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libzita-resampler-dev
libzita-resampler-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libzita-resampler-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libzita-resampler-dev *
You will get with libzita-resampler-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
